After processing of data collected during the HVAMS intensive field campaign in the fall of 2003 the next data sets are available: 1. For 9 PAM stations: The 1-minute averaged data set: pressure.PAMnew.1min.dat rad.PAMnew.1min.dat rain.PAMnew.1min.dat RH.PAMnew.1min.dat soil.PAMnew.1min.dat sonic.PAMnew.1min.dat trgas.PAMnew.1min.dat wind.PAMnew.1min.dat PAMnew.1min.README – describes the structure of this data set Also available the 5-minute, 30-minute and 60-minute averaged data sets for the variables listed above with corresponding readme files. 2. For HOBO weather stations (for station location see Appropriate web page): A). 1-minute averaged data by station: HOBO1IFC.dat HOBO2IFC.dat HOBO3IFC.dat HOBO4IFC.dat HOBO5IFC.dat B).1-minute data averaged by variable: HOBOIFCdprh.dat HOBOIFCp.dat HOBOIFCpr.dat HOBOIFCrad.dat HOBOIFCrain.dat HOBOIFCsoilqT.dat HOBOIFCtemp.dat HOBOIFCwinds.dat C). 1-minute data for all variables and stations: HOBOIFCall.dat README file for all the above files: HOBOIFC.README 3. 1-min ASOS (Automated Surface Observing System) data files. Data set from Remtech Doppler Sodar PA-0 including readme file. 5. Data set from University of Alabama in Huntsville MIPS (Mobile Integrated Profiling System). During the IFC the system was at Location: Kingston, NY; latitude, longitude: 41.985, -73.968; Elevation: 43 m MSL The data sets were acquired from several instruments included into this system: 915 MHz wind profiler Sodar rass Ceilometer Surface station, including 1,5,30 and 60 min. averages. Microwave Profiling Radiometer (MPR) Climatronics Tacmet II Sonic Weather Station (experimental) The data sets have appropriate readme files. 6. Data from soundings at Albany NWS launch site. 7. Data set from TAOS (Tethered Atmospheric Observation System). ALL DATA SETS AVAILABLE ARE ASCII FILES. After the Intensive Field Campaign the available data sets are coming from the Anchor Station Flux Tower (Red Hook, NY) and HOBO Weather stations. Here is the list of data files currently available from HVAMS Anchor station including readme files: anch.README anch.Tlprof.2003.dat anch.flx.2004.dat anch.rad.2005.dat anch.sigrad.2004.dat anch.sigsonic.2003.dat anch.sonic.2006.dat anch.Tlprof.2004.dat anch.flx.2005.dat anch.rad.2006.dat anch.sigrad.2005.dat anch.sigsonic.2004.dat anch.wind.2003.dat anch.Ts.2003.dat anch.flx.2006.dat anch.scl.2003.dat anch.sigrad.2006.dat anch.sigsonic.2005.dat anch.wind.2004.dat anch.Ts.2004.dat anch.h2oprof.2003.dat anch.scl.2004.dat anch.sigscl.2003.dat anch.sigsonic.2006.dat anch.wind.2005.dat anch.Ts.2005.dat anch.h2oprof.2004.dat anch.scl.2005.dat anch.sigscl.2004.dat anch.soil.2003.dat anch.wind.2006.dat anch.Ts.2006.dat anch.h2oprof.2005.dat anch.scl.2006.dat anch.sigscl.2005.dat anch.soil.2004.dat neph.anchor.dat anch.co2prof.2003.dat anch.h2oprof.2006.dat anch.sigTs.2003.dat anch.sigscl.2006.dat anch.soil.2005.dat anch.co2prof.2004.dat anch.plprof.2003.dat anch.sigTs.2004.dat anch.sigsoil.2003.dat anch.soil.2006.dat anch.co2prof.2005.dat anch.plprof.2004.dat anch.sigTs.2005.dat anch.sigsoil.2004.dat anch.sonic.2003.dat anch.co2prof.2006.dat anch.rad.2003.dat anch.sigTs.2006.dat anch.sigsoil.2005.dat anch.sonic.2004.dat anch.flx.2003.dat anch.rad.2004.dat anch.sigrad.2003.dat anch.sigsoil.2006.dat anch.sonic.2005.dat The preliminary 10HZ data set was created for the Anchor station. It covers the period from October 16, 2003 and up until August 18, 2006. This data set includes data from 3 2-D MetOne sonic anemometers, 1 3-D ATI sonic anemometer, 4 – Vaisala T/RH HMP-45 sensors, CO2 and H20 concentrations, Ozone, Solar radiation including short wave, long wave and PAR radiation components, pressure, precipitation and several soil temperatures, soil moisture and soil heat flux. HOBO weather station data. Here is the list of processed data files currently available from HVAMS HOBO weather stations 2004 weather stations raw data files were processed and file HOBOall-2004GMT.dat was created that contains the merged data for the entire year. GMT in the file name indicates that the time for all time stamps in the file is GMT time. Identical files HOBOall-2005GMT.dat and HOBOall-2006GMT.dat were created for 2005 and 2006. The file for 2006 covers the time from the beginning of the year and up until mid June. The format of these files is the same as the format of the identical file for IFC (all stations & all variables in one file).
